Elite Holdings, LLC is a real estate investment company that will own, manage and partner on multifamily apartment communities, commercial and residential developments and real estate consulting projects. Our objective is to generate a stable portfolio of real estate projects that will increase in cash flow and capital appreciation, while providing a positive rate of return for our investors in markets in the Southeast, Northeast and other high growth areas throughout the United States. Investing in Elite Holdings, LLC allows you to practically and effectively invest in professionally-managed real estate via a diversified investment portfolio.
We have four areas of focus which will be the nucleus of our company when running day-to-day operations and acquiring portfolio property. The areas of focus are as follows:

Principal
Torrey Rush
Mr. Rush is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Elite Holdings, LLC. He provides strategic and investment leadership for the firm.
Prior to the formation of Elite Holdings, Mr. Rush was the top producer with The Avail Group, LLC a real estate investment firm who works directly with real estate investors and developers. Mr. Rush has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate from the perspective of end-user marketing, investor relations, project facilitation and development. In addition to developing commercial and residential projects, he has vast experience in: municipality relations, land acquisition, planning, permitting, engineering and architectural consultation and facilitation, project management, project financing and end project marketing
Mr. Rush is the Founder of Carolina Community Development Corporation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that specializes in promoting and maintaining affordable housing, business ownership, and the economic vitality of Richland County and other counties throughout South Carolina.
Mr. Rush received a B.A. from Liberty University. After college he spent a season as a member of the NFL Europe professional football team Barcelona Dragons. He is also an appointed member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Richland County.
