Moments From the 80s with Ghostbusters and Schoolhouse Rock

Ghostbusters was a movie from the early 80s in where we watch three parapsychologists become ghost exterminators that save New York City. The movie was funny to watch and most of us remember and recognize the classic “No Ghosts” symbol when we see it being sported on Ghostbusters shirts. “I’ve Been Slimed” is another popular saying for Ghostbusters shirts because of the green slim the ghostbusters used to captured the ghosts and contain them. And of course, no one call forget the theme song “Who You Gonna Call?” from the movie? which also pops up pretty often on t-shirts.

Schoolhouse Rock was a little cute kids show on Saturday mornings in the 80s that was about learning. Each little song was set to a cute rhythm, which helped us to learn about capitals, interjections, conjunctions, the law, and so many more. Schoolhouse Rock was animated and very informative because of how they choose to teach with song and dance. For those who have no recollection of Schoolhouse Rock just entered it into the search box on Youtube and soon you will be singing and learning along to the lyrics of Schoolhouse Rock.
